DG Space is a co-working and managed office space based in Karachi, offering professionals, freelancers, startups, and businesses a premium environment to work, collaborate, and grow.

In a city where the co-working sector is becoming increasingly competitive, standing out requires more than just a good space — it requires a brand identity and a marketing engine that communicates the value of that space to exactly the right people.

The Challenge

Co-working spaces operate on a high-ticket conversion model. Unlike e-commerce where a customer spends a few thousand rupees on impulse, a co-working membership or private office commitment involves a significant financial decision — one that requires multiple touchpoints, trust, and the right first impression.

The challenge was not just generating leads but generating the right leads — decision-makers and professionals who were genuinely evaluating a workspace solution and had the budget to commit.

In a competitive market, brand presentation was just as important as the targeting strategy behind the campaigns.
