About AIMS

AIMS is one of Karachi’s leading private institutes, offering degree programmes and short courses in Media Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and more — affiliated with the University of Karachi.

As competition in the private education sector intensifies, the ability to generate, capture, and convert prospective student inquiries digitally has become critical.

AIMS partnered with DG Concepts to build a complete digital marketing ecosystem — one that could not only attract prospective students but qualify, track, and follow up with them efficiently at scale.

The Challenge

AIMS needed more than just visibility. They needed a structured digital system capable of generating high volumes of qualified leads, routing those leads into a proper pipeline, and giving the admissions team the tools to act on them quickly.

The challenge was to build a performance marketing engine for an educational institution — where the product is a four-year degree decision, the audience is students and parents, and the cost of a wasted lead is far higher than it looks on paper.

Website Development & Restructuring

We developed and restructured the AIMS website to serve as a proper lead generation platform — not just an information brochure.

We built dedicated, conversion-focused landing pages for individual programmes and admission campaigns, optimised for capturing qualified leads.

Implemented a comprehensive tracking setup to map every key user interaction, giving full visibility into engagement and funnel drop-offs.

CRM Integration & Pabbly Automation

Integrated a CRM system and automated lead follow-up workflows via Pabbly to ensure no inquiry was lost and every lead was nurtured in real-time.

Performance Marketing

Paid campaigns were planned and executed across relevant platforms targeting prospective students and parents, continuously optimised for lowest CPL.

Content Creation & Event Management

We developed ongoing content for social media, promotional visuals, and managed institutional events to engage prospective students and strengthen brand credibility.
